Plans and tiers

Procura Proposal Pilot is offered in three tiers. Silver helps you find and track your pipeline. Gold adds tools to build and price proposals. Platinum adds AI-assisted features to decide and deliver. The features included in each tier are described in the app and may be updated over time.

Trial period

A paid plan may begin with a trial of the length shown at sign-up. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. We will send a reminder before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts automatically to the paid tier you selected and your payment method is charged.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Amounts already charged for a started period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changing tiers

You can upgrade or change tiers, and access to tier-specific features updates accordingly. Changing your plan does not extend or restart a trial.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features generate drafts and suggestions to speed up your work. Output can be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before relying on it or submitting it.

Live opportunity data

Opportunity search and related data are sourced from third-party systems. We do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data. You are responsible for confirming details against the official source before acting on them.

No guarantee of results

Procura Proposal Pilot is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee that any proposal will be compliant, accepted, shortlisted, or awarded. Responsibility for the accuracy and compliance of your submissions remains with you.
