Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use Procura Proposal Pilot. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Subscriptions and billing

Procura Proposal Pilot is offered on tiered subscription plans. Paid plans may begin with a trial as described at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period. Billing specifics are set out in the Supplemental Terms.

Your content and our service

You retain ownership of the content you enter and upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you. We own the software, design, and platform.

AI-assisted output

AI-assisted features generate drafts to help you work faster. Output may contain errors or omissions and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on or submitting it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, award, or result from using the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
